Why Hester Verwey Consulting?

I am an avid and passionate student, facilitator and coach of Wholeness (Holism), Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Interpersonal and Team Growth, as well as Spiritual Leadership. This passion has enabled me to gain in-depth exposure to a variety of industries as both a facilitator and coach. My exposure also includes working with International Companies and studying at International Institutions. My formal employment history includes exposure in Education, Local Government, the Private Sector and Consulting.

As a small business owner, I was the founding member in more than one small business, which includes an Accredited Training Company, an Organisational Development Consultancy, an Accommodation Business and lastly a Pre-School.

My exposure to entrepreneurship and the phases of small business development and growth, as well as the challenges that business owners face, is thus based on personal experience enables me to offer well rounded business consulting services.
