Personal Style or psychometric assessment results can be integrated to provide the delegate and the organisation with a more specific approach towards development. There are different psychometric assessments available on the market and I will gladly provide advise or work in close relationship with an existing team of psychometrists that currently consult to your organisation. I have experience to work with a variety of instruments, this can also include the Xpand Authentic Leadership and Xpand Talent and Skills assessment tools.

360 Degree Assessments

The 360 ° – assessment concept refers to the practice of gathering and processing assessments of a number of criteria linked to organisational systems, processes and actual leadership competencies. Typically the process involves ratings by the person self, the direct supervisor, peers, and subordinates. The 360 ° feedback model differs from the traditional single-source assessment completed only by the supervisor. By increasing the number of evaluations to offer a more balanced and comprehensive view, the 360° feedback process improves the quality of an assessment. Because the rating is provided by people with whom the employee interacts regularly at work, their assessments are regarded as reliable, valid and credible.

A 360 ° feedback will assist you to uncover expectations and strengths. It can be used to promote people to become increasingly accountable for their own growth and development and it is an efficient procedure in that it is inexpensive, simple and quick.
Pre-assessment results could be used as a baseline for post-programme assessments to determine Return on Investment ( ROI) . Post assessments compared to the baseline will then provide input to determine ROI or Return on Expected Behaviour (ROEB).

Analysis of Organisational Data

All additional organisational data, e.g. sales or production figures, customer surveys and performance reviews can be integrated into the coaching process.

Leadership and Talent Management: Pre and Post Intervention Assessments

In leadership development, continuous assessments enhance performance and it is therefore advised that they are integrated at specific intervals during the roll-out of the development interventions.
