In leadership development, continuous assessments enhance performance and it is therefore advised that they are integrated at specific intervals during the roll-out of the development interventions. Behaviour change assessments can be integrated in the form of group projects, presentations, assessment centres and follow-up assessments. These assessments are usually seen as exciting milestones to measure the progress of the programme and demonstrate to leadership the learning and growth that have taken place on a specific level. This can also be completed at the end of each phase or level.
