Team Intervention – Western Cape
During February 2020, the Willow Creek Leadership thought it well to send their entire organisation of over 80 employees, for a well deserved team building intervention. With much enthusiasm, the Willow Creek staff arrived at the Graham Beck Skills Center in Robertson…ready for whatever the day would dish up.
It was my privilege to facilitate them on an adventure filled intervention, marked by strengthened relationships, an awareness of their own unique potential, appreciation for the tremendous job their Willow Creek staff is doing, as well as spoiling them with a day of fun and laughter. May you all grow in your role as being the” right person” in the “right seat” on the “right bus”, and may the truths and principles shared on this day be embedded within your hearts and reflected in your conduct.
